Technology Readiness for Commercialisation Check

This tool will help you assess whether your technology solution is sufficiently developed to initiate commercialisation. It uses the Technology Readiness Levels (TRL), which were originally created by NASA in the 1970s to assess the development of technology solutions against nine ‘Technology Readiness Levels’. Understanding the development level (or TRL) of your idea/technology solution will help you decide if it is ready to begin the Commercialisation PLUS process.
